Due to underwhelming turnout in 2025 Pistol Matches (4 folks at the biggest one), the September 20th pistol match will be cancelled.
I attribute this to fading interest over time of traditional pistol matches with more folks showing up to steel shoots and falling plate these days.
Note – this does not mean we are cancelling Falling Plate and Steel Shoot matches, both which remain popular.
I will work with the Rangemaster and Range Committee to follow up on how we move forward with our 3rd Saturday dates. I may replace September’s match with another Flyswatter 22 BR match or another variant as those seem to be popular.
